SUBMISSION OF ENTRY
1. All exhibits MUST be accompanied by an entry form and emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it – entries submitted via our Facebook account will NOT be accepted
2. ONE PERSON PER FORM. For exhibitors under 18 years, please include a parents/guardian name in brackets
3. Ages groups are defined by your age before October 24th
4. Entries close 6.00pm, Wednesday 21st October and Wednesday 15th October for the Writing Section.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
5. There are NO entry fees required
PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
6. Each exhibit to be photographed – see each section for specific requirements
a. TWO (2) photos of exhibit
7. While this isn’t a photography competition please ensure that the images are clear and in focus
8. Do not include photos with the exhibitor
9. Any entries with ribbons or place cards will be ineligible
JUDGING & ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
10. Entries will be judged Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd October
11. All sections will include a first, second and third placegetters
12. Results will be released show weekend Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October via our Facebook Page
13. No prizemoney will be awarded
